NEWS FROM RESERVED
The festival season has officially started! Music, style, personality and character are all of equal importance. Julia Kuczyńska, one of the most famous social media celebrities in Poland, also known on the Internet as Maffashion, a festival fashion icon is now also the star of the campaign of the latest Reserved capsule collection. Her style is appreciated and widely commented around the world as fresh, surprising and always in tune with the latest vibe.
"This may not be easy! - she commented her participation in the Reserved festival project, moments after the news was released. Julia completed the task however in flying colors.
"Creating a session on my own for the new brand capsule was a small challenge for me, both a responsibility and an interesting experience. I knew from the beginning however, what end result I want to achieve. I gathered a team of 8 people and chose the picturesque Majorca as the location of the shoot. I got the chance to plan everything by myself and I approached this with full responsibility!
It is time to pack your backpack and follow Maff’s footsteps in search of a fashionable musical adventure.
The Reserved festival edition is full of strong color accents, expressive slogans and fashions emphasizing feminine power. Among the comfortable fits inspired by street style and the original costumes of the festival audience, we will find both oversized sets and body-con elements - flexible, adhering to the body. Futurism combined with the nostalgia of the nineties, and sport elements are contrasted by denim and decorative lacing.
The Reserved "Desert Storm" takes you away to a carefree holiday time, giving respite from school or office uniforms, breaking all the rules of the official dress code. The beloved-by-bloggers crop tops with straps or with wide kimono sleeves, frayed shorts and vests in two shades of blue, silvery, cosmic textiles and elements of desert military dress form a coherent style, ideal during the hottest musically days of the year. The frame is marked by a small but carefully composed palette of colors: shades of ripe oranges, classic white with contrasting black accents (including inscriptions on the sleeves, legs or cuffs), sand beige and cool silver. Large color surfaces that build the entire silhouette are important. The festival wardrobe should not miss a hoodie (here in two versions: a single-colored orange hoodies and a white hoodie with a silver hood) and a denim jacket (in a shortened form, laced on the back, with diagonally sewn in front pockets). The camo pattern gains a new image, a more graphic one, with a consistent shade of orange, in line with the rest of the collection, and funny lines that go beyond graphical patches. The collection is crowned with practical accessories: a soft quilted bag and a backpack made of silver fabric as well as humorously encrypted "Jet Lag" slippers. Regardless of time zones and spaces, it's time to prepare your own festival map!
