RESERVED NEW COLLECTION
Reserved LookBook AW20
Minimal fashion enthusiasts will certainly be delighted with the proposals of the Polish brand. This is the ideal base for autumn looks. What should appear in every wardrobe for the coming season? The answer to this question can be found in the new RESERVED lookbook.
The end of the summer does not only mean a return to the duties, but it is also a time to change our everyday looks. Lightweight dresses and shorts get a snug place somewhere deep in the wardrobe and are replaced with coats and jumpers. To get the gist of the latest trends, it is worth browsing through the premiere RESERVED lookbook.
Minimalism has been anything but boring for a long time – on the contrary, this style has been promoted by social media favourites, the Scandinavians. Knitted dresses, a jumpsuit and shirt made from faux leather, monochrome suits, a tweed set, a herringbone jacket and coat and a jacket tied around the waist and featuring breast pockets is a great choice, whether you are going to work, college, date or meet with friends. It is supposed to be casual, yet sensual. Simple and unconventional.
The essence of this trend is the geometric cut and texture of the fabrics used, especially sharp cuts, uniform colours and blocking. A surprising element appears here and there, such as faux fur, puff sleeves in a dress, crease pants combined with heavy boots, a pink coat or a transparent top worn with classic jeans and down jacket in white or a silver sweater standing out when paired with a light skirt.
The colour palette in the new RESERVED lookbook comprises mainly black and white, but also subtle pink and grey. These shades have been broken by the aforesaid cult herringbone pattern, stripes and a print inspired by cracks on the walls. Although the colours appear to be subdued, the importance lies in the texture of the materials – creases, quilting and tweed thickness. Accessories have not been overlooked, though. In the lookbook we will see the must-have of the season, namely jodhpur boots with a tractor sole, as well as thin heeled boots ending over the ankle, long boots, classic loafers and sneakers, which will be especially suitable for the beginning of the new season. The hobo bag with braided texture is worth noting, and the hit item of this autumn and winter will be the “leather” beret, already in the wardrobes of many très chic Frenchwomen.
