RESERVED NEW COLLECTION
Reserved Summer LookBook
Summer in the city ahead for you? RESERVED prepared the perfect wardrobe for the coming months. Check out the brand proposals for summer 2020.
The new RESERVED lookbook features the essence of a perfect summer wardrobe, especially when you combine professional duties and at the same time look for free time to go out of town. Patrycja Gardygajło, one of the most popular Polish models who has been posing in editorials for the key fashion magazines both in Poland and abroad for several years now, stars in the première photo shoot.
Summer by RESERVED definitely focuses on shades of white and beige. A light satin-gloss jacket emphasizing the waist, paired with trousers made of the same material, will always look great. This trend can be broken with a denim shirt and trousers with a slight flare. How about a V-neck sweater reminiscent of a cloud and an A-line skirt, or a lightweight jacket with large pockets and high-waist trousers with darts? This season, we play not with colour (we only make sure the shades are similar) but with the texture of the materials and their cuts. As for the fabrics and texture, during the summer months semi-transparent shirts in pastel colours, delicate sweaters e.g. with holes and glossy leather-inspired clothes with cut-outs subtly revealing the body will be very much ‘in’. The necklines are also important, but those on the back and halter type, emphasizing shoulders and a slender neck.
RESERVED convinces that it is always worthwhile to experiment a little with fashion. The sequin suit is not only reserved for carnivals or New Year's Eve parties – for several seasons now we have been wearing this set also in spring and summer. This way, the garment reflects the sunlight beautifully. On the other hand, it doesn't take much to look fashionable – which has long been an attitude promoted by Scandinavian women, for example. A well-cut t-shirt is the base of many great looks. Dresses have not been overlooked, though. This summer’s number one is poplin and spaghetti straps.
The colour palette in the new lookbook by RESERVED is not only the aforesaid white and beige. There are shades of lavender, mint and bottle green, brown and blue. There is also a multi-colour leave print, although it does not play the lead part. Accessories are definitely worth a closer look, especially the sandals with straps tied around the ankle and the bag worn in hand, like a briefcase.
The RESERVED lookbook for men starring Iwan Zalewski offers similar colour scheme. However, instead of subtle purple we get pink and dark blue, as well as and prints featuring exotic plants or referring to bodies of water. Here, we will also find fashionable clothes for summer in the city or holidays by the sea or lake. A striped hooded sweatshirt, a cardigan, a windcheater jacket, white shorts, sports shoes (or espadrilles) and a backpack inspired by a sailor's bag will be perfect when going out on a boat. And when it's time to get back to your daily routine, simply pull out a light white suit and put on a comfortable flats with a profiled sole, or a dark elbow-sleeve shirt and shorts in a similar colour, paired with sneakers and a sachet.
